Eligible rider gratuities are passed through according to Joi Ride policy.
Owner capacity bonus
Approved EV Owner Cartenders may earn a paid-mile capacity bonus when verified paid service miles move through the network.
Two participation paths
Fleet Cartender: operates a Joi Ride or fleet-partner vehicle under the approved service standard.
Owner Cartender / Capacity Partner: contributes an approved EV and may participate in ownership-aligned paid-mile economics under pilot rules.
Final compensation, eligibility, reimbursement, bonus, insurance, vehicle, scheduling, and employment terms are provided during formal onboarding and may vary by pilot role.
